I’m Anna Grüny — Founder of AG Yoga Centre, Certified Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach, and Author of self-improvement books. As a Lifelong Learning Trainer recognized by the Cyprus Government, I combine my expertise in yoga, mindfulness, and personal growth to guide people toward a more balanced life.
